We offer 1/4 bulk beefs. All steaks and roasts are individually packaged and vacuum wrapped in clear plastic so you can clearly see the meat, no paper wrapping!
35-40 pounds ground beef, in 1 lb. packs
2 or 3 packs of short ribs
Cube steak, 2 packs, 4 pcs. Per pack
Beef stew cubes, approx 5 lbs in 4-5 packs
Soup bone/shank 2 or 3 pcs
Filet Mignon 3 steaks
Flat Iron 1
Sirloin cut into Kabob cubes: 1 pck
Sirloin cut into stir fry strips: 1 pck
NY Strips 6 steaks
Ribeye 6 steaks
Boneless chuck roasts 2
Bone in Shoulder roasts 2
Choice of : rump or eye of round roast
To reserve your 1/4 beef for pick up during 2025 requires a $50 deposit. We can take cash and all cc payments. We are now taking deposits for 1/4 beef pick up starting in March 2025. You can call, text, or email Shelley to arrange making the deposit and choosing what month you’d like to pick up.
Once you’ve made your $50 deposit and been given a pick up month, you’re all set. Make some space in the freezer! Pick up is at the farm here in Kings Mountain, by appointment. No need to bring a cooler as we’ll have it all boxed up for you. It’ll be frozen and if you’re going straight home it’ll be just fine.
